Hello everyone! I chose to blog about body image because I feel that it is such a major issue in today’s world amongst not only women, but men as well. Society has sketched the “perfect body” into our minds and we are reminded of it consistently whether by television, ads, social media, etc.

I believe that no matter how confident a person is about their self image, there will still be something they would love to change.

I believe that everyone suffers from self-esteem issues when it comes to your body image. No matter how perfect you look to others, your body is perceived differently to others than how you see yourself. And yes I do agree society has portrayed what our body image should be. I don’t agree with it because I believe that everyone comes in all different shapes and sizes.
